We would like to thank all of you for helping us in such a kind and professional manner with Patricia’s end-of-life care in our home. Patricia was a very private person her whole life, but because all of you were so friendly and understanding, she actually looked forward to your visits.

There wasn’t any question we felt we couldn’t ask. Each new challenge was met with quick responses and thoughtful medication management. The CNAs were never judgmental — always encouraging as we learned how to help with hygiene, turning, and skin care.

The office team picked up the phone at all hours—weekends and holidays—when we needed a human voice rather than an answering machine. Because of you, we were able to keep Patricia at home rather than move her to a facility.
